Spring Teacher Night at the Fed 2026 (Thursday, May 14, 2026)

We will begin the evening, as always, with a wonderful meal at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago - Detroit Branch. Dinner will be followed by presentations from former Michigan State Treasurer Nick Khouri and a Federal Reserve economist!

2026 West Michigan Personal Finance Summer Conference (Thursday, June 18, 2026)

All Michigan educators who attend the conference will receive a $75 stipend and ticket to the West Michigan Whitecaps game at 6:35pm on June 18.
Bonus: It is salute to 80s night at the ballpark!
In order to ensure all who register attend the conference, we will be collecting a $20 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit will be refunded in full when you attend the conference. You must cancel at least 7 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund of your deposit.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE AGENDA:
Interactive sessions & time to network and learn from your colleagues

EVENING EVENT:
West Michigan Whitecaps game on July 18 from 5:20pm-9:00pm. This event will include game tickets to the game at LMCU Ballpark!

Light breakfast & Lunch provided

2026 Summer Conference (Tuesday, June 23, 2026)

$150 STIPEND

All Michigan educators who attend both days will receive a $150 stipend.
$100 of the stipend will be paid by NGPF for attending FinCamp on June 23rd and $50 of the stipend will be paid by MCEE for attending June 24. In order to ensure all who register attend the Summer Conference, we will be collecting a $20 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit will be refunded in full when you attend the Summer Conference. You must cancel by June 18, 2026 in order to receive a refund of your deposit.

You must register for the NGPF Fincamp on June 23, 2026 separately. NGPF Fincamp registration opens April 13, 2026. Go to https://www.ngpf.org/fincamp-landing/

Topics to be covered:

June 23: NGPF Fincamp Agenda (requires separate registration through NGPF)
June 24: MCEE Programming TBD (Mix of Economics & Personal Finance content)

If you are a Michigan teacher who lives farther than 80 miles from the Federal Reserve Bank in Detroit a $75 hotel subsidy is available and will be paid with your stipend upon conclusion of the conference.
